- Bachelors degree or Diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
- ITIL Certification or similar
Experience
At least 8 years in SAP Service delivery and / or SAP HCM Team Lead or ManagerAt least 5 years in technical support of SAP HCM and / or Success FactorsInvolvement in 2-3 full SAP HCM or SuccessFactors lifecycle projectsKnowledge and Skills
Advanced knowledge of SAP service delivery principlesAdvanced knowledge of planning deliverables i.e. timelines and resourcesSAP Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration and Organisational managementSuccess Factors Onboarding, Recruiting and Employee CentralSAP Self Service applications will be advantageousSuccess Factors Talent modules will be advantageousAdvanced knowledge of system change management processes preferably using JIRA or similarWaterfall methodologyAgile methodologies will be advantageousSAP ABAP will be advantageousInterpret and interrogate written requirements specification documentsAbility to prioritise tasksAbility to negotiate with various stakeholders
