Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our thriving and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with expertise in tax compliance and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Preparing various tax returns and forms, including T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, HST, EHT, and WSIB.
• Finalizing and preparing corporate Financial Compilation Reports.
• Performing bookkeeping duties like bank reconciliations, preparing adjusting journal entries, and managing income tax accruals.
• Managing client engagements and prioritizing files to meet deadlines.
• Assisting clients with tax matters, such as responding to CRA inquiries and providing support during audits.
• Identifying and resolving engagement issues.
• Providing guidance to the tax team and contributing to internal workflow management.
