We are searching for a Drill Master who has carved skill into stone, a professional who understands that every cut, every bolt, every round is a signature of precision.

Your Credentials – Non-Negotiable

You must bring the discipline, skill, and proof that you belong :

• Matric / NQF 4 equivalent as your foundation.
• Drill Rig Operator Certificate; essential.
• EB Driver’s Licence; valid and current.
• Medical Certificate of Fitness and proven ability to work underground.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in trackless mining operations .
• Competence in :
• Operating Twin Boom Drill Rigs with split feeds .
• Drilling development faces, installing weld mesh, split sets, resin bolts, and long anchors.
• Making safe by barring / scaling with rigs and minimising damage to booms.
• Executing blast rounds with minimal overbreak.
• Experience training Drill Operators and monitoring their performance.
• A track record of production success that stands on record.
• Mechanised bolting and decline shaft development experience strongly preferred.
