They are seeking a Business Process and Automation Specialist to own identifying, designing, and implementing strategies that optimize business processes and drive measurable improvements. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who can operate independently, leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, automation, and scalability across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digitisation and scaling of operational processes and systems within the 5-Year Digital Transformation Roadmap
• Own and drive process optimisation and scalability
• Lead technology evaluation and vendor selection
• Performance monitoring and continuous optimisation
• Data flow and automation
• Drive process reengineering and cross-functional collaboration

For each area, identify and analyse opportunities, design scalable solutions aligned with long-term business objectives, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, automation, and customer experience. Collaborate with data teams, AI specialists, and operational units to ensure future-proof, scalable technology adoption and alignment with company-wide goals. Continuously engage stakeholders to identify pain points and drive data-driven improvements.
