Key Responsibilities

Research and implement the latest trends, hashtags, and engagement tactics to optimize reach and interactions.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Stay updated on Instagrams algorithm changes, advertising features, and best practices.

Plan and execute influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to drive brand exposure.

Conduct A / B testing on different types of content to measure effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong expertise in Instagram marketing, content creation, and audience engagement .

Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices .

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar) for content creation.

Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging captions and compelling storytelling .

Knowledge of Instagram analytics tools and experience in using data to optimize campaigns.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines .

Creativity and innovation in developing fresh content ideas.

Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaborations .

Experience

2+ years of experience in Instagram marketing, content creation, or social media management .

Working Hours
