We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist with extensive experience in Meta and LinkedIn advertising to plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns that drive measurable business results for our clients.
You will play a key role in shaping digital strategy, executing impactful campaigns, and continuously improving performance through data analysis and insights.
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate must have in-depth, hands-on experience in both platforms as well as in-depth knowledge of audience targeting options.
- Plan, set up, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and LinkedIn ad campaigns across the full funnel - awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Create data-driven paid media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies .
- Implement tracking and analytics (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTM parameters) and ensure accurate reporting.
- Produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Participate in client calls and sales pitches , presenting campaign strategies and results.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Continuously stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social media.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta and LinkedIn advertising .Agency experience is highly preferred.Proven track record in managing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns .Deep understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques on both Meta and LinkedIn.Experience with tracking setup , A / B testing , and data analysis .Excellent English communication and presentation skills.Confident working client-facing and able to explain complex data in clear, actionable terms.Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).Must be available to work 8am–5pm EST (with breaks), as our clients are based in the US.What We Offer
