Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations CNC, laser cutting, and related machining processes.
• Oversee 24 / 7 production schedules, managing shift teams to ensure consistent performance and output.
• Implement and monitor strict quality control systems to ensure all products meet required specifications.
• Procure raw materials and tools, and manage inventory to support uninterrupted operations.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for all production equipment and machinery.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce waste, and streamline processes.
• Supervise and mentor a team of skilled machine operators, technicians, and support staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production with demand forecasts and delivery deadlines.
