Logistics Manager

Job descriptionPlan and manage inbound material deliveries (Vehicles) in line with production schedules. Oversee rebate stock compliance and ensure audit readiness. Lead quality assurance for inbound materials and final line inspections. Drive root cause analysis and implement supplier quality improvements. Manage special suppliers and fitment centre logistics. Forecast material requirements and coordinate with procurement. Supervise logistics and quality teams, and generate performance dashboards. Strong experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive sector. Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and quality control processes. Experience with systems like Autocart and multi-supplier platforms. A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent leadership skills. Experience in financial control (e.g., supplier invoice sign-off). Supporting customer service or technical teams in resolving escalations.
