Junior Operations Manager

Our client, a fast-growing logistics company based in Cato Ridge, is seeking a hands-on and driven Junior Operations Manager to support and enhance their operational activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in logistics and transport operations who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Minimum Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of ops management experience, but 3 to 5 years in general operations

Previous experience in the Transport and Logistics Industry

Excellent communication skills

Strong operational support and admin experience

Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Knowledge and experience in transporting fuel or hazardous substances will be an advantage

Resilient, tough-minded, and able to work night shifts when the need arises

Salary on offer : R15 000 (slightly negotiable based on skills and experience).
