Job Title : Senior HR Officer

RPO Recruitment's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join their team in Boksburg, within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new employees.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and payroll processing.

Requirements :
