Recruiter- (Remote)

As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for finding the right people to join our company. You will manage all aspects of recruitment and help us recruit new talent across the business. You should have previous experience in a recruiter role and recruiting similar positions in the ICT industry.

Requirements

• Conducts background research on the candidate's suitability for the job.
• Collects and maintains a candidate database for use in future recruitment projects.
• Follows up with applicants to ensure that they understand the role and expectations of the position.
• Takes initiative and uses unique methods to source scarce skills
• Manages and implements recruiting efforts with the goal of identifying top talent.
• Works with company recruiters to attract and select qualified candidates.
• Develops and maintains a pipeline of candidates
• Uses recruitment software, tracking systems, and interviewing techniques to find the right person for a position or organization.
• Keeps current on industry trends and developments in the area of recruitment and headhunting.

Qualifications

• Previous ICT recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
• Minimum of two years recruitment experience
• Finds unique and creative ways to source top talent
• Takes initiative and is proactive
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working both individually and within a team environment.
• Ability to work with a dynamic team, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of success and ability to work under pressure and deliver results as well as create working relationships with candidates, other recruiters and other business partners.
