Job descriptionProject Costing & Work in Progress (WIP) Transfer Pricing & Tax Compliance Financial Reporting & Auditing Payroll Team Management Collaboration with Management Continuous Improvement US Payroll management experience. Strong knowledge of UK & US auditing regulations and ability to assist auditors effectively. Hands-on experience with transfer pricing compliance and documentation. Preparation and oversight of US federal and state tax returns. Proven experience in creating budgets and detailed cash flow reports. Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA). Minimum 5 years of experience leading a finance function, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency with Xero, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and ERP system experience (advantageous). Experience within global Media, Marketing, or Communications industries preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability, translating financial data into actionable insights. Confident, personable communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis
Develop and manage the company’s budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Partner with delivery teams to cost projects accurately, ensuring margins are optimized.
Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations, including documentation and Intercompany transactions.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management with clear variance analysis.
Oversee US payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Partner with the MD, CMO, and wider leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems, driving efficiency and accuracy.
