Job descriptionEngineering qualifications, such as BEng or BSc / National Diploma in Metallurgy / Mechanical Engineering OR Sales and Marketing Tertiary Qualifications (National Diploma / Degree). 5 years of proven sales / marketing experience / customer interaction, preferably from the Manufacturing environment. Spanish speaking proficiency will be advantageous. Demonstrated understanding and experience in effective team target setting and achievement. Strong process and account management skills are a requirement, with sound negotiation - and presentation skills, which will be expected. Consistently track, report, and analyse your sales pipeline to produce the volume and forecast accuracy required to deliver team and business goals. Willingness to travel regularly to Kwa-Zulu Natal, Eastern / Western Cape or Gauteng will be required. Computer literacy. Salary : negotiable. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the stainless steel industry
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to stay ahead of the market
- Prepare and present sales proposals to key decision-makers
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
