Youth Staff Assistant

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Youth Staff Team in planning and organizing daily activities, games, and events for children and teenagers  onboard the cruise ship
• Engage with children and teenagers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all young guests, regardless of age, gender, or cultural background
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of youth programs and activities
• Maintain a clean and organized youth area, including toys, games, and equipment
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or concerns to the Youth Staff Manager
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's participation in youth activities
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as attendance records and inventory management
• Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings as required by the company
