Duties :
Serving of beverages to guests in line with the brand Standards of Excellence.
Carrying out assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
Ensuring that the guest and service areas of the lodge are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Correct use and maintenance of equipment.
Communication with front of house staff and management
Requirements : Grade 12
At least 2 years experience
Experience in a 5
Knowledgeable of food preparation and terminology of food
Good English reading, writing and speaking ability
Excellent bar service skills
Knowledge of wines, cocktails and all other beverages
Stock control procedures
Excellent presentation and people skills
The ability to work as an individual and as a team
The ability to communicate with guests of all races and languages
An understanding of the etiquette involved in hosting guests of different cultures
