A proactive and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic agency setting, coordinating multiple campaigns and excelling at keeping projects organized while supporting marketing execution.

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years of marketing coordination or digital marketing experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, project management platforms (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a deadline‑driven environment
• English fluency essential; experience in a law firm preferred
