Overview
A vacancy exists within Eagle Lighting for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to assist in the overall day-to-day operations of the Retail stores
The vacancy requires a person who :
- Is detail orientated and possesses a high degree of accuracy
- Efficient time management skills
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word) and Outlook
- Understanding of FMCG environment, 3-5 years Management experience in retail / sales (lighting experience essential)
- Possess a valid driver’s license, own vehicle and be willing to travel
- Must be self-motivated and possess ability to work unsupervised
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for :
Drive sales, ensure high retail standards and customer service levels and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Reporting on operational requirements in the retail storeAssisting with stock management / purchasing and general dutiesResearching and keeping up to date with lighting trends, technology and standardsRequirements
Grade 12 or equivalentTertiary qualification preferredNew business development experienceCustomer service experienceSalary : Market related, based on experience
