Senior Architect

Here is what you will be doing :

The Senior Architect serves as a fully capable professional in an architectural design team. The Senior Architect plans (including budget resources) schedules organizes coordinates and executes the design work on any / all phases of development on small to medium scale projects (or distinct portions of larger projects) with regular interaction with an Associate or designated senior team member.

Technical Excellence :

Architectural Design  Manage BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance completeness & accuracy)

Design co-ordination (within  Architecture & Cross Discipline) Design co-ordination (within Engineering & Cross Discipline)

Design Delivery (Design Brief compliance co-ordination completeness & accuracy)

Guiding and management of team & junior staff Client engagement Team Leadership Value Engineering Mentoring

Qualifications :

8 Years post graduate experience

Professionally registered as an Architect with SACAP
