Architect (SACAP)

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years post-registration (Candidate registrations will not be considered) - Must be professionally registered with SACAP
• Preferably based in Cape Town
• Age : 25 – 45
• Able to work in an open office environment with other professionals
• Experience in government health projects is advantageous or at least experience in high complexity construction projects
• Sound working knowledge and experience with JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential. exposure to NEC 3 & 4 contracts is beneficial
• Able to review, compile and endorse Contract Instructions & Extension of time claims
• Experience with project-specific cash flow projections (Construction and PSP fees) is beneficial
• STRONG project management and delegation skills
• PA experience is beneficial
• Able to work under strict deadlines
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel & Outlook
• Strong formal writing skillset
• Strong administration skills
• English as a first language is highly preferable
• Salary for Architect : 50k - Depending on experience and skills as outlined herein
