Job descriptionCreation of implementation roadmap Operational Excellence Automation of key processes Technology Implementation Integration with existing systems Data Management and Analytics Implementation of analytics tools Customer Experience Collection of customer insights Change Management Employee training programs Risk Management and Compliance Compliance with regulations e.g POPIA Performance Measurement Regular performance reviews Collaboration and Partnerships Establishment of external partnerships Innovation Monitoring of market trends Proven experience in a similar role – CTO / CIO / Head of IT Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is an added advantage. Project management experience is key Knowledge of modern ERP and cloud systems an advantage.
Overview
The role is responsible to develop and articulate a clear digital transformation vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals and provide safe and secure innovative digital initiatives.
Key to this role is managing digital projects
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Salary
R105 000
