Duties :
- Maintain and manage accurate financial records for all properties within the portfolio.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, rent rolls, and tenant ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Record and monitor rental income, service charges, and other property-related revenues.
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports for each property.
- Liaise with Property Managers, landlords, and tenants to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant property regulations.
- Assist with year-end audits and provide support for tax preparation and financial analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
