Responsibilities

• Actively engage in prospecting potential home loan clients by leveraging lead providers (Estate Agents, Bond originators, direct to client) and direct marketing, utilizing needs analysis-based selling techniques.
• Facilitate the movement of existing home loans from other financial
• Utilize proactive and reactive prospecting methods.
• Develop a robust network through partnerships and relationship building.
• Execute referral campaigns, outdoor / Mall / Community marketing, social media, corporate presentations, wellness days.
• Identify financial challenges and offer solutions.
• Utilize extensive product knowledge to present tailored solutions.
