Finance Executive – CA(SA)

In a lean, semi-corporate environment, youll sit on Exco and cover the full finance spectrum : from consolidations, budgets and IFRS reporting, to embedding ESG-related disclosure and driving process improvements. Youll work closely with operational teams, providing insight and proactive solutions that strengthen decision-making across the business.

Minimum Requirements :

• CA(SA) with completed articles
• 8+ years financial experience , including 58 years in management (outside of audit)
• Strong track record in leading and upskilling teams
• Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on environment
• Ability to engage confidently at both operational and executive levels
• Exposure to mining, heavy industry, or asset-intensive environments is advantageous
