Senior Bookkeeper / Finance Lead

Who Are We

We are a growing media business focused on delivering impactful brand communication. We’re looking to strengthen our operations by bringing in a finance lead who can drive accuracy, structure, and strategic support.

Who Are We Looking For

A hands-on senior bookkeeper or financial controller with :

Solid accounting background

Strong Sage (One & Evolution) experience

Leadership skills to manage a small team

Media, advertising, or creative industry experience (preferred)

What Will You Do

Manage day-to-day finance operations

Lead Sage One to Sage Evolution migration

Handle VAT submissions, month-end & year-end close

Prepare management accounts and liaise with auditors

Oversee debtors / creditors and maintain cash flow

Produce cost centre reports and support budgeting

What Do You Need

BCom / BAcc or equivalent

8–10 years’ accounting experience (4+ in a senior role)

Proven Sage One & Evolution expertise

Strong VAT, audit prep, and reporting experience

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Team leadership and communication abilities
