Property Portfolio Manager

Job descriptionAttending and chairing trustee / board meetings and AGMs, drafting minutes and resolutions. Preparing and managing budgets, levy schedules, and financial reporting. Overseeing contractors, maintenance, and compliance matters. Handling owner / trustee queries and communication professionally. Strong email etiquette and must be able to respond to at least 50 emails per day on a minimum. Currently must manage at least 8+ buildings; ideal would be up to 24 buildings.
Requirements :
- Minimum 4+ years experience managing Sectional Title and HOA schemes.
- Strong working knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act.
- 2 year+ Experience using WeconnectU property management system.
- Excel must be excellent
