Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field – essential
• Formal software testing training (ISEB, ISTQB CTFL) – essential
• Advanced testing certification (ISTQB CTAL) – desired
• 4+ years’ experience as a Senior Test Analyst with solid manual testing and SQL skills – essential
• Proven background in Agile testing environments – essential
• Strong knowledge of functional, system, integration, and regression testing – essential
• Expertise in structured test methods and processes – essential
• Hands-on experience testing complex user interfaces – essential
• Understanding of QA within Scrum and Agile methodologies – essential
• Familiarity with API testing, automated tools, and Remedy or similar configuration management tools – desired
• Testing experience in the retail sector – desired
• Exposure to performance testing and UAT processes – desired
