JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide input into the refinement of the companys change management framework and leading practice change tools and ensure the consistent and accurate implementation thereof.
- Lead the application of a structured change management approach and methodology for the people impact of change due to the implementation of large-scale strategic programmes and initiatives as developed by the Change Management Centre of Excellence within the company.
- Influence and participate in key pre-planning activities and lead the change management input to ensure integration and that the impact elements of change are considered in planning the approach of large-scale strategic programmes.
- Lead the development and manage the implementation of the change management strategy for specific strategic programmes.
- Lead and manage the diagnosis, design, development, integration and assessment of change plans and the execution of deliverables aligned to the programme plan.
- Conduct assessments on a programme level (for readiness, impact and training), analyse and interpret the results thereof, provide recommendations / interventions and reports, and execute approved interventions to assist stakeholders in decision-making.
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communication plan and lead the leadership alignment and resistance management plans for programmes.
- Lead the development of plans to mitigate or address people change-related risks for programmes, and feed into the overarching programme risk management process.
- Lead and manage the development and implementation of an appropriate training strategy and plan for programmes, assess the impact of training delivered, and provide recommendations to ensure that adoption is embedded.
- Prioritise the delivery of change initiatives and plans in order to manage change saturation and multiple collision points as well as risk and dependencies for programmes.
- Develop analytical and integrated change reports for programmes, identify goals and metrics, and make recommendations in order to guide, advise and influence decision-making.
- Administer a measuring system that tracks the adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual changes.
- Coach relevant stakeholders through change, and act as a liaison in connecting relevant parties and stakeholders across programmes.
- Lead the development of and communicate the post-implementation change strategy and sustainability approach for stakeholders for programmes.
- Manage the development and performance of the change team on programmes.

The minimum of an Honours degree in Business or Human Sciences, or an equivalent (NQF 8) qualification; andThe minimum of 810 years of job-related experience.
