Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the full financial management function including strategy, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partner with the and Board to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
• Ensure compliance with JSE reporting standards, IFRS, and corporate governance principles.
• Oversee treasury, tax, audit, and risk functions with a focus on financial sustainability and optimization.
