Job Description
- Managing system availability and server capacity efficiently.
- Supervising and developing the performance of systems support operators.
- Conducting and facilitating internal audits in compliance with external audit rules.
- Performing all functions of project management.
- Ensuring incidents are managed and resolved promptly.
- Planning and implementing system changes, including documentation and skills transfer.
- Overseeing all aspects of daily IT operations.
Qualifications & Skills
IT-related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA, IT diploma / degree).Good computer literacy (MS Office).Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT environment and 1 year experience in 2nd or 3rd level IT support.Suitable candidates will be contacted.
