Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an IOD and RAF Claims Manager. The IOD and RAF Claims Manager will be responsible for managing and handling insurance claims related to Injury on Duty (IOD) and the Road Accident Fund (RAF). Responsibilities include assessing claims, coordinating with medical professionals and insurers, ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions, and maintaining comprehensive records of claim status and activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in IOD and RAF Claims Handling and Claims Management
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with medical billing and coding is a requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
