We’re hiring a remote Calling Closer to hunt, open, and close over the phone. You will run high-volume outbound to property investors, create leverage through fast rapport, and convert first calls into qualified appointments and closed revenue where appropriate. If you’re not energised by cold calls, this isn’t for you.
What Success Looks Like
- KPI-driven : 120–180 dials / day, 2–3 hrs talk time, 8–12 qualified convos / day, 2–4 investor appointments / day.
- Conversion : Ruthless qualification, tight note-taking, next steps secured, and closed revenue when the opportunity is hot .
- Professional authority : You hold frame with investors, lead the call, and move deals forward—no excuses.

4+ years in sales with a track record of closing over the phone (B2C or B2B).Impeccable telephone manner, crisp communication, and disciplined CRM hygiene.Able to commit to full-time UK hours ( 9 : 00–17 : 00 UK , remote).Compensation
