Client Services Administrator (Insurance) required in Cape Town.

Have you worked within short-term insurance, long-term insurance, medical aid, or annuities?

Our client, a well-established independent Financial Advisory firm based in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs, is seeking a Broker Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and client support to their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in insurance and policy administration who’s eager to gain hands-on exposure, develop industry knowledge, and build a long-term career in financial services.

Requirements :

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification
• RE5 certification is advantageous
• FAIS compliant with the required credits
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Broker Consultant within the short-term insurance sector
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable personal transport
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and quoting software
• In-depth understanding of short-term insurance products and industry standards
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
• Highly self-driven, able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities
