Requirements :

• Trade Tested Artisan (Fitter / Millwright)
• Experience in running a Maintenance Store
• Ability to order parts and manage inventory
• Experience with SYSPRO ERP system
• Experience with equipment calibrations and legal inspections
• Strong record-keeping skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (advantage)
• Ability to place orders for engineering spares, stock, and equipment
• Administer the purchasing process
• Manage the workshop team effectively
• Conduct stock takes regularly
• Liaise with QA team to ensure food safety standards
• Assign jobs based on production requirements
• Minimize waste levels
• Focus on continuous improvement
