Minimum Requirements :
Matric (Grade 12)Tertiary qualification in Business Marketing or HR Management advantageousExcellent understanding of TES compliance labour legislation and BCEAStrong commercial acumen with the ability to structure profitable dealsCRM software proficiency (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or similar)Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicleFlexibility to travelResponsibilities :
Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities across key sectors (industrial manufacturing logistics mining construction and corporate)Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profit targetsPrepare proposals quotations and tender documents aligned with company pricing and compliance frameworksRepresent the company at industry events trade shows and networking sessions to increase visibilityManage and grow strategic accounts to ensure long-term partnershipsConduct regular Client review meetings to ensure satisfaction and contract complianceNegotiate contract renewals and extensions to maximise revenue retentionWork closely with Operations and Recruitment teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve Client issuesLead coach and motivate a high-performing Sales or Business Development teamSet clear objectives monitor KPIs and drive accountability across the sales functionPromote a results-driven Client-centric cultureAnalyse market trends competitor activity and pricing strategiesProvide detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales performance forecasts and pipeline statusRecommend data-driven strategies to improve competitiveness and profitabilityTO APPLY :
