Key Responsibilities :

• Operate the craps table and ensure all equipment is in good working condition onboard the cruise ship
• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Explain the rules and procedures of the game to new players
• Deal cards and monitor the game to ensure fair play and adherence to rules
• Handle payouts and collect losing bets
• Maintain a clean and organized gaming area
• Interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Report any incidents or issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for guests
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on new games and rules
