Finance Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the financial operations, reporting, and strategy of the company. This is a remote, full-time position operating on U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours . The Finance Manager will oversee all accounting functions, maintain strong internal controls, and provide management with actionable insights to support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial reporting , month-end closing , and management accounts .
• Manage budgeting , forecasting , and cash flow planning .
• Supervise and develop the accounting team (bookkeeper, AP / AR clerks).
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and process improvements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP / IFRS and all applicable regulations.
• Oversee multi-entity and / or international financial reporting if applicable.
• Work collaboratively with leadership to shape and execute financial strategy.
