Role : Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep
Location : Remote -Columbia OR South Africa
Hours : 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, aligned with US business hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST)
Compensation : Fixed monthly pay in local currency + performance-based bonus
What you will do :
- Make 80-120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers using a provided script and CRM
- Set 3-5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team
- Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
- Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager
Requirements
What you need to have before you apply :
Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience (B2B)Proven past track record of booking at least 30 qualified appointments per monthHigh-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a noise-free remote workspaceAbility to work US Central Time without overlap issuesExperience in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similarProficient in using MS Office tools - mainly ExcelBenefits
