Telesales & Business Development
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective clients to generate interest in our IT solutions and services (ISP, MSP, IT solutions).
- Identify and qualify new leads, understanding their needs and matching them with our offerings.
- Proactively source new prospects via LinkedIn and other lead-generation methods.
- Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads to nurture opportunities.
- Present and clearly articulate product and service benefits to potential clients over the phone.
- Overcome objections and use persuasive communication to drive interest and secure appointments.
- Focus on Fibre, Voice, IT, Cybersecurity and PBX opportunities as key revenue streams.
Pipeline & Sales Process Management
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly activity targetsBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.Update and manage the CRM system with accurate client information, call outcomes, and follow-up actions.Nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified appointments and ensure smooth client transitions.Teamwork & Reporting
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.Provide regular feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitor activities.Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to achieving team goals.Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards (including data protection and privacy laws).Customer Relationship Management
Build rapport and maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-centric approach.Handle all calls with confidence and enthusiasm to create a positive brand impression.Ensure consistent follow-ups and timely communication to strengthen relationships with prospects.Requirements
Minimum of 2 years telesales experience (IT / ISP / MSP industry preferred).Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting.Proficiency in using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting.Highly motivated, reliable, and target-driven with strong resilience.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Fibre, Voice, and PBX solutions.Familiarity with IT services and technology solutions.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
