Job description

Resolve the errors experience in the IWS non-production environments.

Activities to be completed are :

  • Resolve the errors
  • Restore Symphony file and start DB2, IWS, DWC on sivrs219.
  • Start DB2 (DHWADB DDWCDB), IWS DWC on sivrs220
  • Start DB2 (TWS_DB DWC_DB), IWS DWC on sivrs221.
  • Synchronise and ensure that all workstations are available for all these

environments.

  • Do knowledge transfer on how the issue was resolved to enable internal teams to

    • resolve similar issue should it occur.

  • Service provider to provide details on how the issue was resolved to the technical

    • team.

    Work completion certificate and confirmation of operable environment by the

    Functional and technical team.
