Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-visibility role where your expertise will be essential to the accurate and efficient administration of complex investment portfolios. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Portfolio Mastery : Manage and accurately process all client investment transactions, including new investments, redemptions, transfers, and switches, ensuring timeliness.
• Reconciliation & Reporting : Perform meticulous reconciliations of investment accounts, proactively resolve any discrepancies, and prepare accurate reports for clients and management.
• Compliance & Risk : Ensure all activities strictly adhere to internal policies, with a focus on identifying and mitigating operational risks and supporting compliance. Some understanding of South African financial regulations (FICA) is a bonus.
• Process Optimization : Play a key role in optimizing operational processes by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiencies.
• Stakeholder Liaison : Provide exceptional support by liaising professionally with clients, financial advisors, and third-party providers to address inquiries promptly.
