Supervisor Production (Packing) - Klerksdorp Mill

Job descriptionControl and report product quality parameters Update and maintain shift report Control product, production processes and raw material stock level Maintain plant, machinery and equipment, Manage people & maintain discipline Regular plant inspections and report deviations Ensure adherence to safety, health & hygiene standards; (Tools box talks, PJO, NM & BBS) Ensure adherence to document control policies Managed team, ensure team is trained on operational process Update shift time sheets Open and close process orders Prepare month end cleaning and stock take Grade 12 and / or Relevant National Training Certificate / Qualification Four to five years’ relevant FMCG experience (Production & Manufacturing) Proven Supervisory experience HACCP, GMP's, health, safety and hygiene compliance National Certificate / Diploma in Production / Operations Management or Engineering Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous Computer literacy Production / Manufacturing jobs
