Job descriptionPost-graduate degree / Diploma in Tax Member of the LPC Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Must be fluent in English Salary commensurate with experience Must have a proven background and understanding of Commercial Law Excellent communication, negotiation and drafting skills. Strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail. Leadership capabilities, demonstrating autonomy and teamwork. Resilience, the role will entail long working hours and the ability to perform under pressure. Ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships. Legal Industry Sector Experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various documents.
- Attending meeting with clients to discuss matters and client requests.
- Developing and implementing effective Tax Structures
- Conducting in-depth legal research to stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
