Commercial Litigation Lawyer (8+ PQE)

We’re looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years’ PQE who can quickly take ownership of matters and deliver results. Success in this role calls for critical thinking, strong problem-solving, and the ability to provide commercially grounded advice. Negotiation and client management skills are key, as is the confidence to navigate challenging discussions and maintain professional integrity under pressure.

Role Responsibilities :

• Advise on and manage a range of commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, correspondence, and advisory notes.
• Represent the business in disputes, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, commercially practical guidance.
• Manage case files and coordinate with external counsel where required.
• Support the internal legal team with risk assessments, reporting, and strategic advice.
• Provide day-to-day litigation support for complex civil litigation matters across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and case-related correspondence.
• Oversee document collection, organisation, and management of digital evidence and databases.
• Prepare, coordinate, and execute document production and e-discovery processes.
• Assist with drafting and quality-checking privilege logs and discovery indexes.
• Support the implementation of litigation management systems and templates, including maintaining organised digital filing systems and data rooms.
