Main Responsibilities :
Manage and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.Ensure compliance with all company policies, manufacturer requirements, and legal regulations.Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for sales team members.Prepare sales reports and present performance metrics to senior management.Requirements :
Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent understanding of new vehicle sales processes, financing options, and customer service best practices.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.Valid driver’s license.Desirable :
Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.Experience with dealership management systems (DMS).Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs
