Duties :
- Prepare and analyze cost reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and control manufacturing or operational costs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard costs, identifying key drivers and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to optimize cost structures and profitability.
- Maintain accurate cost accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations related to inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Develop and implement cost control systems and process improvements.
- Support internal and external audits with required cost and inventory documentation.
- Provide management with detailed cost analysis reports and actionable insights.
- Participate in budgeting and long-term financial planning activity
This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager.
