Quantity Surveyor â Property Developer | Hyde Park, Gauteng

An established Property Developer based in Hyde Park, Gauteng, is seeking a skilled and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic, office-based commercial team.

You will report directly to the Senior Head of the QS Department, a highly experienced and commercially astute professional, offering you the opportunity to work within a team that values accuracy, financial control, and strategic project management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Developer or Main Contractor background preferred)
• Proficient in CCS BuildSmart this is essential
• Strong financial, contractual, and cost management skills
• Excellent communication and reporting ability
• Relevant QS or Construction Management qualification
