Job description

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in data quality, compliance, or audit roles, with at least 3 years in telecom BSS environments
Strong understanding of data migration lifecycle, including extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover
Experience with data profiling tools (e.g., Informatica Data Quality, Talend, Ataccama) and reconciliation frameworks
Familiarity with telecom data domains and TM Forum standards (SID, eTOM)
Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, POPIA, ISO 27001) and contractual compliance
Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution skillsStrong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Data Governance, Quality Management, or Compliance (e.g., CDMP, ISO Lead Auditor)

Experience in consortium-led delivery or multi-vendor transformation programs

Exposure to Agile delivery models and quality assurance in iterative environments

Education

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
