Vacancy : Company Engineer - Processing Plant (Rustenburg)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee and manage plumbing and lifting systems maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety principles and regulations.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to engineering maintenance and machinery performance.
• Assist in budgeting processes for maintenance projects and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and improve planned maintenance procedures.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and maintain safety standards within the processing plant.
• Create and present reports using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Essential Qualifications

Desired Experience

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience in engineering maintenance within the processing industry. Considerable experience in managing maintenance and understanding key performance indicators is essential.
