Job description

Overseeing the full finance function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, financial statements, and audit packs.

Managing cash flow, reconciliations, and working capital.

Providing financial insights to support business growth and strategy.

Implementing robust financial controls in a rapidly evolving fintech environment.

Partnering with internal teams to align financial processes with business operations.

What were looking for :

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) essential.
24 years post-articles experience (fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services exposure advantageous).
Solid technical knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and controls.
Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and adapt to change.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Passion for fintech, digital currencies, or disruptive technologies is a strong plus.
