Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Quality Control department (team of 610 staff).
- Conduct and manage QC audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Food Safety Programmes and Quality Assurance systems.
- Ensure process and product control measures are maintained throughout the production cycle.
- Drive retail and customer quality standards, ensuring full compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
- Lead team training and development, promoting a strong culture of quality awareness.
- Utilise Meat Matrix and other QC software systems for reporting and traceability.
- Perform data analysis and reporting on quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with production, R&D, and management teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure full adherence to HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory standards relevant to the FMCG industry.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Food Technology, or related field.23 years experience in a similar QC / QA management role within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.Proficient in Meat Matrix or similar QC systems.Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train, guide, and motivate a team.Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.Able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand FMCG environment.Employment Details
